My Why

Hi there, I’m Coach Cora, an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) from the IHPI, trained by Stephen Cabral. My personal health journey started in 2020 when I was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), a condition that left me battling chronic fatigue, panic attacks, and a series of other debilitating symptoms. These challenges were so overwhelming that I had to step away from school to focus on my health.

But that’s not the end of my story—it’s just the beginning.

Through a combination of detoxing, following the CBO protocol, adopting a healthier diet, and staying consistent with exercise, I began reclaiming my health. One transformative practice I discovered was isometric exercises through ballroom dancing, which helped me tap into my body’s own resilience. Slowly but surely, I began to let go of the POTS label that had defined my life and started to feel like myself again.

In connecting with other women who were struggling with the same health issues, I realized that I wasn’t alone—and neither are they. The frustration, the isolation, and the uncertainty that come with conditions like POTS are all too real, but I believe there’s a way out.

That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help women who are navigating similar health struggles. By guiding them through resetting their nervous system, balancing blood sugar, and implementing the practices that helped me heal, I empower them to live the vibrant, fulfilling lives they deserve.

I’m here to help you break free from the cycle of chronic symptoms and build a healthier, stronger future.
